We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SEO Outreach Specialist to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective outreach strategies to build high-quality backlinks, enhance our online presence, and improve our search engine rankings. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of SEO best practices.

- Outreach Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive outreach strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
Identify potential link-building opportunities, for example, through competitor analysis, content research, and industry trends.
- Content Collaboration:
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and shareable content that attracts backlinks.
Coordinate guest posting opportunities and partnerships with influencers and bloggers.
- Relationship Building:
Build and maintain relationships with webmasters, bloggers, influencers, and industry professionals.
Negotiate and secure link placements, guest posts, and other collaboration opportunities.
- Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough research to identify potential outreach targets and assess the quality of backlink opportunities.
Analyze competitors’ backlink profiles and outreach strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and manage outreach campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and tracking of results.
Use outreach tools and platforms to streamline the outreach process and monitor campaign performance.
- Reporting and Analytics:
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outreach campaigns and link-building efforts.
Provide regular updates and insights to the SEO manager and marketing team, including recommendations for optimization.

- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience:
At least 3 years of proven experience in SEO outreach, link-building, or a related role.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms.
Experience with outreach tools such as BuzzStream, Pitchbox, or similar platforms.
- Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proven history of building backlinks on a large scale.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using SEO tools like Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
Proficiency in using email outreach tools, such as Snov.io and BuzzStream
- Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the ecommerce/dropship/SaaS industry.
Ability to create content for Reddit and Quora.
