We are seeking a dynamic Retention Manager to spearhead our efforts in retaining and engaging customers. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, focusing on reducing customer churn and increasing loyalty through data-driven initiatives.


You’re excited about the role because you will…

  • Identify opportunities to reduce customer churn through product interventions and feature improvements.

  • Utilize email marketing and web notifications to boost customer engagement.

  • Analyze customer cohorts and develop strategies to improve retention.

  • Run A/B tests to optimize funnel conversion rates.

  • Collaborate across teams to enhance the customer experience and retention strategies.

  • Leverage SQL for data-driven insights and reporting.

  • Develop and implement strategies for customer segmentation to target specific groups with tailored retention efforts and personalized communications.

  • Design and manage customer loyalty programs and initiatives to increase repeat purchases and enhance customer lifetime value.

  • Monitor and analyze key retention metrics and KPIs, such as customer churn rates and engagement levels, to assess the effectiveness of retention strategies and make data-driven adjustments.

  • Create and execute personalized email marketing campaigns and offers based on customer data and behavior to drive repeat purchases and enhance customer relationships.

  • Collect and evaluate customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and other channels to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with product and support teams to address issues and enhance the customer experience.

Job requirements

We’re excited to have you because you have these skills…

  • 4+ years of experience in customer retention/CLM roles.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL.

  • Strong analytical skills and proven experience in A/B testing.

  • Prior experience in SaaS based product is preferred

  • Knowledge about Shopify/WooCommerce/BigCommerce/Wix.
