We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Associate who will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts by assisting with various tasks throughout the hiring process. You will work closely with our HR team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Assist with job postings on various online platforms and job boards
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering necessary information
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Coordinate pre-employment activities such as reference checks
Assist with the preparation of job offer letters and other employment-related documents
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in a recruiting role for a minimum of 2 years
Proven experience in screening candidates and coordinating pre-employment requirements
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Has high attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with applicant tracking systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Takes full accountability for the given tasks at hand, is a quick learner, and can work with minimal supervision
Previous experience working remotely and is amenable to working during Pacific Time hours
