We are looking for a highly motivated Bookkeeper who will support the company with all aspects of bookkeeping and ensure the books are accurate and up to date.

You’re excited about the role because you will…

  • Record day-to-day financial bookkeeping activities such as recording daily transactions and filing documents

  • Communicate with other departments as needed to obtain verification and supporting documentation.

  • Assist with month-end close and reporting, such as account reconciliations, and journal entries

  • Organize and maintain files for accounting records

  • Prepare GST/ PST filings

  • Allocates time to work independently as well as in collaboration with others.

  • Assist with other projects or tasks as assigned

Job requirements

We’re excited to have you because you have these skills…

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.

  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced company.

  • 3+ years exp. in North American companies, experience in multi-currency and multi-entity preferred

  • Previous experience working in the North American time zone.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • A team player, with a positive and collaborative mindset.
