We are searching for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to contribute expertise and drive success. Become a valuable team member in our dynamic environment.

You’re excited about the role because you will:

  • Efficiently onboard new suppliers for the US and European markets, ensuring seamless integration.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in different regions, addressing inquiries and providing support.

  • Lead global lead generation efforts, with a strategic focus on the US and European markets, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.

  • Execute persuasive outreach calls/emails to potential and existing suppliers, tailoring strategies for the US and European markets.

  • Leverage e-commerce expertise to understand and meet the unique needs of suppliers in the US and European markets, staying updated on industry trends.

  • Utilize MS Office tools for effective communication, documentation, and data analysis, with a specific emphasis on the US and European markets.

Job requirements

We’re excited to have you because you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 3-4+ years of supplier onboarding and account management experience.

  • Demonstrated success in global supplier lead generation.

  • Proficient in persuasive outreach via calls and emails.

  • Deep e-commerce background and industry understanding.

  • Skilled in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Experienced with HubSpot

  • Experienced with JIRA is preferred but not required

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and goal-driven abilities.
