We are searching for a highly skilled Supplier Succes Specialist to contribute expertise and drive success. Become a valuable team member in our dynamic environment.
You’re excited about the role because you will:
Efficiently onboard new suppliers for the US and European markets, ensuring seamless integration.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in different regions, addressing inquiries and providing support.
Lead global lead generation efforts, with a strategic focus on the US and European markets, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.
Execute persuasive outreach calls/emails to potential and existing suppliers, tailoring strategies for the US and European markets.
Leverage e-commerce expertise to understand and meet the unique needs of suppliers in the US and European markets, staying updated on industry trends.
Utilize MS Office tools for effective communication, documentation, and data analysis, with a specific emphasis on the US and European markets.
Job requirements
We’re excited to have you because you have:
Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
3-4+ years of supplier onboarding and account management experience.
Demonstrated success in global supplier lead generation.
Proficient in persuasive outreach via calls and emails.
Deep e-commerce background and industry understanding.
Skilled in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experienced with HubSpot
Experienced with JIRA is preferred but not required
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and goal-driven abilities.
